How we measure this site

We measure how this site is used, without building a profile of you. This page says what is counted and why.

No cookies

This site places no cookies and uses no external analytics service. Nothing is stored on your device and nothing is shared with Google, Meta or an advertising network, so there is no consent banner. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we count nothing.

What we count

Per page view: the page, the day, the site that referred you, the country, the time the page stays open and the links clicked. To count a visitor once a day we use a one-way code made from the day, your address and your browser. It cannot be reversed, changes daily and is then deleted.

Business visitors

To measure business use of this site we look up the organisation that owns the network block of a visit, in the public European address register. We keep only the name of the organisation; the IP address itself is not stored and is never linked to a person. The basis for this is our legitimate interest in knowing which organisations our pages reach (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

The network block is deleted as soon as the organisation has been looked up, within the hour. What remains is the day, the page, the organisation and the time spent. Daily visitor codes are removed after ninety days.

If you would rather not be counted

Turn on Do Not Track and this site counts nothing, or write to info@phidata.be and we remove what belongs to your organisation. The full privacy policy of simac PHI DATA, of which Blyott is a brand, is linked at the bottom of every page.
